Pésimo el trato y soluciones por parte de la administracion

Las instalaciónes en general son muy agradables ,lo único que en esta segunda ocasión que estuve ahí fue que la limpieza de la habitación no estaba bien echa,faltaban toallas y al parecer la barrieron de prisa y no muy bien

A mi llegada y mostrando los datos de mi reserva ,la administradora le negaba al joven de seguridad que mi reserva estuviera echa ,haciéndonos esperar dos horas y diciéndole al joven que no podíamos estar dentro de las instalaciones,la verdad se me hizo de muy poco profesionalismo y de verdad se nos hizo sentir como si no fuéramos bien recibidos ,por esa misma razón le pedí a la señorita cambiar mis fechas y hasta el momento nunca tuve una respuesta ,también le dijo al equipo de Booking que iría a hablar personalmente conmigo cosa que nunca sucedió y en verdad ,como colaborador de Booking creo que es una pésima atención.
