In many years of traveling, I have never had such a bad experience.

In many years of traveling, I have never had such a bad experience. The administration requested an excessive amount of information over an entire week, as if we were boarding an airplane rather than booking accommodation. Despite a confirmed and fully paid reservation, our booking had not been properly registered. We waited for two hours outside the building without being allowed to enter and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation late at night. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Hice mi reservación y nadie la tenía, me tuvieron esperando más de una hora en el estacionamiento, a pesar de que les enseñaba el celular con la reservación… Creo que es un detalle que les pasa, por lo que me contaron al final de todo, pero creo que deberían atender mejor eso.

NO ES NI EXCLUSIVO ,NI PARA DESCANSO

La ubicación es muy buena, muy complicado para llegar pero cerca de todo . La atención del vigilante/recepcionista EXCELENTE!

Te piden muchos datos y NO TE DAN AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD , supones que esto es un filtro para los huéspedes en general , pero los huéspedes dejan mucho que desear apesar de las reglas del lugar, azotando puertas en la madrugada, poniendo música alta, acoholizados casi le pegan a mi automóvil, etc.... La habitación olía a humedad, la cama no es cómoda y no había blancos extra para el sofá cama, no nos dieron almohadas extra, no te dan ni una barra de jabón para el cuerpo, ni hablar del sobre de muestras de shampoo qué te dejan.

El residencial es super bonito, cómodo, tranquilo, accesible, maravilloso

Que no fumigaron con anticipación, al parecer acaban de fumigar porque encontre uno que otro insecto noqueado, afortunadamente los pude sacar por el estado en el que se encontraban. Pero igual y si la fumigación fuera constante, tendría un 11 de 10
