Excelente custo benefício, bem localizado, rua tranquila, foi possível estacionar na rua inclusive no final de semana mas o valor da diária do estacionamento também era bem dentro do esperado para essa região de São Paulo (R$ 50 a diária). Quarto confortável, check in e check out rápidos e o café da manhã era sensacional! Muitas opções, constante reposição, excelente mesmo.
A limpeza do banheiro, principalmente na área do móvel que é anexo a pia, poderia ser mais caprichada.

O Quarto muito ruim, pequeno, o box do banheiro não fechava, toalhas parecendo um pano de chão de tão finas
