Ciao Marina

The room was beautiful, spacious with lovely modern bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (Rosy,Marios and we’ve forgotten the other male staff members name) There’s a great view of the city from room one. The location is very handy for the port and the centre with an excellent coffee shop on the corner serving beautiful pastries for breakfast. Refreshing the drinking water daily in the mini fridge and the provision of snacks was a lovely touch. We stored our luggage after check out which was very much appreciated.

The bed is two singles pushed together, unfortunately they were both a different height so individually they were very comfortable however in the middle of the bed it was not. We were in room 1 and the noise from the lift did disturb our sleep despite wearing the ear plugs provided.

Very professional set up. Extremely comfortable room. Good communication from enthusiastic and helpful staff. 100 meters from Port and Alibus and 200 meters from Metro. Bathroom is first class. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike but do go armed with at least one 5 cent piece for the lift on your arrival. You’ll find plenty in the room for future use

Very clean and attractive. Very comfortable bed.

The location is perfect, the main port and the airport transfer are very close. Everything you need is in walking distance, the city centre, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The balcony is huge we enjoyed the complimentary prosecco outside. Nice touch! Entering the building is easy based on the instructions sent before arrival. The staff is kind and helpful, special thanks to Rosi, who made sure our room is always clean and tidy! :) Great stay!!
