Appartamento centrale, pulito, spazioso, ben attrezzato, situato vicino alla spiagia piu bella. Tutto cio di che avete bisogno e nelle vicinanze: ristorante, negozi. La proprietaria, Carmen, e stata molto attenta, ci ha aiutato con un taxi per aeroporto e ci ha permesso di fare check-out tardi. Lo consiglio vivamente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Poco luminoso

Välstädad och mysig lägenhet på översta planet i 2 etage med balkong på båda planen mot atriumgård. Mycket välutrustat kök. Stort och fräscht duschrum. Bra möbler för balkong vistelser. Solstolar. Nedre balkongen skyddad från nordvästvinden. Lägenhetskomplexet städas dagligen och känns tryggt att röra sig i. Mycket bra läge mitt i centrum av S Maria. Bageri 100m. Stranden 200 m. Buss och taxi- station 200m. Många supermarkets inom 300m. I markplanet finns en liten bra local restaurang. Lunch/Middag 3-4€ Glad betjäning. ( bild) Bästa, billigaste och mysigaste locala mat-stället i byn, Flor de Sal, ligger 300m öster ut. 👍 Lunch 5€ (bild). Live music vissa kvällar. Även CamaraCamara, nära, har bra local mat men har bara kvällsöppet och är ofta fullt redan efter en timme. Tvål/Shampoo ingår inte.

The property and the host was perfect, the location was fine exept for 28 nights of loud music until 4 am in the morning coming from the club near buy, and another 2 hours of shouting & Screaming after they came out of the club

The only dislike was in the 28 days we were there the pool was not maintained at all, the grime round the pool was awful, the fence around the pool was loose & rotten & very dangerous,
