Precisa de algumas melhorias. Encontrei 2 baratas mortas assim que cheguei e outra viva. Parecia que não tinha sido limpo. Muita tinta a descascar e a cair ao chão. Torneira da cozinha não funciona bem. Lençóis e almofadas com manchas. Colchão não é confortável. Pedi molas e uma vassoura para remediar a limpeza mas não chegaram a entregar. Muito escuro, pouca luz natural.
