Modern new build property. Good modern facilities, two bathrooms and three double rooms. Looks like one of a row of identical nice looking modern rental properties.
Needs a few hours of minor quick repairs, taps and toilet seats loose. No normal tv and limited web tv access. No fans in the heat. Not sure current window blinds alone work especially with windows open at night as blinds are too noisy flapping around.

Really comfortable, modern large house with nice 'extras' - eg, snacks on arrival, a pepper grinder (with pepper!). Really great communication from the owner - good and timely information provided.
We couldn't find instruction manuals for the hob (but got there eventually) or the heating, so the house was a bit hot for us (but better than being too cold, good that it is left on for you!).
