Slunečný byt s terasou JAKO DOMA I MIMO DOMOV

Flat was quite lovely decorated, with plenty of usable things in the kitchen - salt, sugar, spices, oil - which helped with cooking. The terrace was beautiful, even in the April weather. We also appreciated the record player and plenty of pillows and blankets to use. Even though the windows lead to the street, it was not loud at all, we had a very good sleep each night. There were also slippers for us to use. We really appreciated the communication with the host, who prepared the sofa for us in advance so we wouldn't have to unfold it into a bed.

The bed in the bedroom is quite low so getting up can be a challenge for some. We had some issues with the hot water which just sometimes did not run - had to figure out how the boiler works to fix it. While this is probably more of a Booking than the host issue, I would not say the flat is fully suitable for a group of four people. We only stayed for two nights so it was not awful, but biggest issue was the bathroom which doesn't have the toilet separate - if you are travelling as a group of four, keep that in mind. The sofa is a little smaller than a double bed, so there's not as much space, and there is no wardrobe option in the living room. You also have to walk to the bathroom through the living room, disturbing the people sleeping there. If you are travelling as a group of four, and for more than one or two nights, I would say this stay could get quite uncomfortable - however this is not an issue with the accommodation itself, moreso with it being recommended by the website for four people. I can imagine as a couple it is a perfect stay!

Vybavení apartmánu, čistota, hračky pro mimino, hezká terasa (bohužel jsme byli v zimě, nicméně v létě by to bylo super)

Měli jsme s dvěma malými dětmi obavu o to, aby nezničily mechové dekorace v blízkosti země (hlavně tu po levé straně od televize)

+Design in Sonnengelb bis in die Fugen des Badezimmers +gemütliche Betten, allerdings sehr niedrig, da nur aus einer Lage Europalette bestehend +hell +geräumig +gut aufgeteilt +ruhige Lage

-nur oberflächlich sauber, nichts für Hausstaub- Allergiker, überall Staubfänger und unangenehme Teppiche -auf die Terrasse mochten wir uns gar nicht setzen, die Polster, Kunstfelle und Decken waren entweder nass oder dreckig -keine Biergläser vorhanden, und das in Budweis! -keine großen Teller für Pizza vorhanden -keine Kaffeekanne vorhanden -kein Bäcker oder Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe -nur grelles Licht von oben - da kommt abends trotz Deko keine Gemütlichkeit auf -kein Duschvorleger vorhanden -keine Biergläser vorhanden, und das in Budweis!
