- de ligging - de tuin - ruime kamers - snelle respons van de eigenaar - aanwezigheid van koffiepads en vaatwastabletten
- de oven had een grote onderhoudsbeurt nodig - de lichtjes in de tuin werkten niet allemaal

De locatie, ligt iets buiten de stad, maar daarom gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Er is ook een parkeerplaats inbegrepen. Vlakbij zijn er winkels en een meertje om te zwemmen. De stad zelf is 10 minuutjes wandelen, kamers zijn ruim en er zijn meerdere badkamers.
