A spacious and clean apartment, fully-equipped, with a lovely patio and its own parking space which is an absolute bonus. 10 minutes on foot from the Arena and the old town. Quiet residential neighbourhood, perfect for rest after a day full of activity. The owner, who is very friendly, lives nearby, so check-in and check-out were very simple and quick. Suitable for either short or longer stay. Highly recommend it.

Sascha ist ein überaus freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter, der 100 m entfernt selbst wohnt. Wohnung ist reichhaltigst ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage mit Waldstück gegenüber und trotzdem ist Kolosseum, Altstadt und Hafen zu Fuß leicht erreichbar, aber auch Supermarkt und Bäcker. Große Terrasse und eigener Parkplatz bestens. Absolute Empfehlung und jederzeit wieder!

Todo!!!! El apartamento muy cómodo. La cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasarlo de maravillas! La habitación era enorme y la cama con control remoto para acomodar el colchón como gustes!! No hablar del jardín amplio con cómodos sillones Muy cerca del Anfiteatro y de comercios para comprar víveres Y además tiene su propio estacionamiento No un 10 sino un 12!!!

Nada de malo. Ni bien llegamos ha ia un olor un poco extraño pero fue solo el primer dia.
