Arena & Seaview Luxurious Residence

Pull back the curtains, open your window and there you are… looking at the arena. Nearly touch it ! Apartment is a classic with a view from each of the 4 massive rooms. Old world with some modern touches to make your stay comfortable. Location is second to none. Centre of town, water, old town, ferry all literally 5 minutes away .. The host, Sandi, was sensational. A big tick. You will not go wrong with this accommodation. It is old world comfort but typical of the area and a view you can’t buy anywhere else.

Nothing - all good

The location was so lovely. The view of the Arena right outside the window was gorgeous. We loved the little bar outside too. All the staff lovely. The decor was stunning. Bed sheets and towels could have been softer. The view was so lovely. We liked Pula and apartment very much. Close to airport.

When we landed in Pula we were messaged to say they had overbooked and we couldn't stay the first night in the apartment we had booked a year ago. They were apologetic but tried to make us stay 4 couples in 3 bedrooms in a different accommodation which was not acceptable. We were meant to be checked in by 11am but instead we had to hang around and wait to be sure what was happening. We would have liked a welcome pack of basics and had to ask. They brought us coffee pods and fruit tea which wasnt ideal. When you have come from overseas a starter pack is essential

For a luxury stay I would expect better quality towels and linen. Also expect at least some tea bags and a few coffee pods etc to get guests started
