House is located in very nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the sea, close to the old town, in between 2 big markets, and lots of restaurants in walking distance. It is also spacious inside and with nice outdoor seating area. It was clean. Owner was responsive and helpful. Ratio of price to value was exceptional.
Could use few refurbishment here and there. Few times electricity would go off, or AC would stop working (but all was very easy to fix/reboot). Nothing major and honestly irrelevant at such price.

Great location, close to everything we needed and not too close that it was noisy. Staff responded promptly to whatsapp messages when I had questions.
House needs some finishing touches to make it more comfortable and homely, e.g. headboards on beds, handwash, hand towels, door to the ensuite bathroom. Would also benefit from a welcome pack of some kind with notes about the wifi password, where the outdoor pool is etc.

Amplitud y cercanía a la playa. Con 3 habitaciones y 2 cuartos de baño y un aseo, terraza exterior por la parte delantera y trasera de la casa, zona exterior arriba transitable para poder tender, lavadora, armarios grandes, aparatos de aire acondicionado, cocina grande, hemos podido aparcar todos los días delante de la puerta, quizás es más difícil en otras épocas delante año, volvería sin dudarlo.
No es una casa para clientes que lo quieran todo perfecto, en el sentido de que las puertas presentan rascadas, las ventanas no están impolutas, etc…en mi caso no es ningún problema, de hecho me ha parecido una casa preciosa y grande, muy bien ubicada.
