The location of the property was ideal for us. Close to shops and coffee shops, bars, restaurants.
We had problems with the 🔑 entering the property and a bit of lack of support. Many of the appliances were not working. Like the air conditioning and light in the twin room, the light in the kitchen were not turning on. Also the washing mashing needs replacing. Using it makes a noise close to a subway.

The apartment has a perfect location- very close to the city centre, shops, 2 lovely beaches and main attractions, with easy access to bus stops. It was very clean, small but neat and well-organized, and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and overall the apartment gave a very good impression. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, with a coffee maker, filters and sugar, but there was no coffee or tea provided – even a few sachets would make a difference. But we had great time and fabulous break.
However, there were some things that need improvement. The bathroom was for me in poor condition and should be renovated - the furniture was old and the shower was damaged (the holder didn’t work - broken and water was leaking). Basic toiletries like proper hand soap, shampoo and shower gel were not provided( probably we had leftover products from previous guests). There were also bugs visible, especially in the kitchen. The twin bedroom had poor lighting (we had to bring a lamp from living room) and the blinds were not working properly. There were not enough electrical outlets in this room - only one for charging a phone, a small lamp and the air condition. We could sometimes hear neighboursband noise from the main street may be a problem for guests sleeping in the main room, although it didn’t affect us.
Also, the key collection point is about a 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment. For us it was a nice walk and a chance to explore the town, but it may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. A key locker in or near the building where is apartment would be a much better solution.
Overall, I would rate the stay 7- 8/10.

Appartement spacieux avec un petit balcon donnant sur un boulevard assez bruyant. Situé non loin de la gare et commerces.
Appartement géré par une agence!
Pour aller récupérer les clés, en arrivant par le train, j'ai du faire 15/20 minutes de marches + des escaliers, tout ça avec les valises, pour finalement accéder à des boitiers où sont déposées les clés de cet appartement... Vous ne verrez aucune personne sur place, juste des messages via WhatsApp.
Le chauffage clim/réversible n'était pas branché il a fallu aller chercher les prises sous les lits, car il faisait froid dans l'appartement...
La douche a une fuite.
Il a fallu acheter du savon et du shampoing car il n'y a rien de proposé pour faciliter la vie a l'arrivée.
Tous les appartements que j'ai loués jusqu'à présent, proposent au moins savon, shampoing. Il n'y avait même pas 1 bouteille d'eau et café ou thé... ce n'est pas la prix que ça coûte de laisser au moins un peu de gel douche, quelques dosettes café et 1 bouteille d'eau, et ça facilite la vie lorsque l'on arrive et que l'on ne connait pas encore le coin !
Je ne renouvellerai pas la location gérée par cette agence...

"Location was great for us. bus for most places just outside the door and train station a few minutes walk . It might not suit everyone as being right in the centre there is a lot of noise at night."
