Peaceful Stay in Central Tallinn

Location: quiet neighborhood, easy access to downtown (although, it took couple tries and errors to understand public transportation)

The freezers on both fridge were covered with ice. I couldn't put my food in there.

Great location, easy connection to centre and other places via train station. Spacious room given, assigned space in cupboards and fridge for own food. Decent table to work behind. WiFi good enough for video calls. Responsive host. Easy self check-in.

The location is on the route of planes to the airport so you hear them throughout the day and nearly all the night as well, which def affected my sleep, so be weary of that. The once weekly cleaning the place gets didn't seem sufficient when I arrived. Also depending on who's staying there with you at the time, some people were still cooking around midnight so not exactly adhering to quiet hours. Place itself is quite outdated and could really do with some renovation. There was a leak in the toilet, one sink has very poor water flow, and tried to avoid shower curtain touching me as a few points. Personally, didn't use the kitchen as didn't really feel comfortable with the cleanliness of utensils and cookware. Sad to see no recycling facilities either.
