Appartement propre, fonctionnel et bien localisé près du centre ville à pied Conciergerie très réactive et sympathique
Isolation phonique des murs n’est pas super car vieil immeuble. On entend beaucoup les pas des voisins du dessus - néanmoins je recommande le lieu pour 1 ou 2 nuits car cela reste supportable

L'emplacement de l'appartement, la ville et ses commerçants. Appartement agréable et sécurisé. Bons contacts avec Matthieu.
Il ne nous a pas été possible de gérer les chaînes et le son TV. Mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble et voisins bruyants.

Le logement est très joli et bien situé. Très bien équipé avec sucre, capsules café, petite épicerie…
Il manquait la couette du canapé. La conciergerie est très professionnelle mais nous n’arrivions pas à récupérer les liens pour le formulaire et la caution car ils disparaissaient lors de l’envoi. C’était stressant. Mais tout s’est bien terminé et les contacts téléphoniques restent très bienveillants et efficaces.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre. Appartement cosy, bien agencé. Bonne communication avec l'agence de location.
L'appartement peut être très bruyant selon locataires situés juste au dessus. Quelques petits aménagements internes qui rendraient le tout parfait en terme d'équipement (porte-manteaux dans la SDB, mugs pour le thé...)
