Juan les Pins - Sea View - 4 people - Parking

The apartment was spacious, clean, air conditioned and perfectly set, overlooking the sea front. You really couldn't be in a nicer spot. The facilities in the apartment were excellent.

The only blemish would be the location of the the key collection. Although professional and easy to use, the actual key collection is in Antibes and the apartment in Juan les Pins. 1.5KM from each other. Arriving by train to Antibes meant a walk with cases to collect the keys and the an Uber to the apartment. Not ideal and then the same on our departure. This time we took 2 Ubers to return to the airport. Sadly, this was not to like but the apartment most definitely made up for it.

Fantastic view over the Juan les Pins bay! Very nice and fresh apartment with a great location close to everything. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a washing machine and dryer, so we didn’t miss anything at all.

The only downside is that it’s not the quietest area if you want to sleep before midnight. It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to know that it can be a bit noisy, especially when sitting out on the balcony.

The apartment is very lovely. Lots of space and well equipped. The view is great. At arrival the flat was nicely cleaned. Also there were many towels for us. We brought our own towels for the beach, which we recommend new guests. Also bring some toilet paper for the first couple of days. You have a seperate room for washing machine and dryer which is really excellent so the machines don’t heat another room. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is very long but a bit narrow, so facing west it does get hot during the afternoon. Some may want more shade. We loved the balcony. The table may need to be changed. It is a little unstable. We didn’t have dinner in the apartment so it didn’t bother us. Some mention that the beach club and traffic is rather loud. We don’t think so, and it doesn’t matter inside as there are double doors. There is lots of space for your clothes, so you are able to keel the flat tidy during your stay. We had a friendly dialogue with our host before and during the stay. The price and the quality of the apartment match and we would like to come back.

Check in and check out: You have to pick up and deliver your key in Antibes. You can pick it up from 16.00 and have to deliver it back by 10.00 on the departure day. It is nice to know before you book because you may want to adjust your arrival time in the airport/departure time to avoid wasted time in the airport. We were able to pick up the key at 15.00 but don’t count on it, we were just lucky it was possible.
