Appartement im 7. Stock eines Wohnblocks (Apt. 713). Sehr kleiner Balkon ohne Sonnenstoren. Ab Mittag im Sommer zu heiss. Sehr grosse und bequeme Betten. Klimagerät im Wohnzimmer ist auch für Schlafzimmer ausreichend. Kleine Küche. Sehr kleines Bad. Gutes WIFI. Nachts sehr ruhig. Zutritt per Schlüsselbox und Code. Parkplatz kann für € 15/Nacht zugemietet werden. Rigoroses Check-in und Check-out Management durch Besitzer, sonst drohen mind. € 50.- Zusatzkosten.
Achtung: EIN ABSOLUTES NO GO (und damit ein Verstoss gegen den in der spanischen Verfassung garantierten Schutz der Privatsphäre) ist die im Wohnraum angebrachte HOCHLEISTUNGS-VIDEOKAMERA, die uns beim Check-in mindestens während einer Viertelstunde voll ins Visier nahm und erst nach dem wir sie entdeckt hatten, vom Betreiber per Fernzugriff weggedreht wurde. Beim Check-out wurde sie erneut zur Ueberwachung eingesetzt. Zudem blieb die Kamera während des ganzen Aufenthaltes potentiell aktiv, was das Wohlgefühl wahrend des Aufenthalts schwer beeinträchtigte.
