Piso 1ª Línea Y Céntrico

Está en primera línea, es un piso alto y esa terraza mirando de frente al mar es una maravilla. El piso además está muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario (lavadora, lavavajillas, dos terrazas, menaje, plancha, toallas...). Tiene parking, lo cual es imprescindible en Peñíscola (es todo zona azul). La dueña además es amabilísima y te explica todo lo necesario. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Para mi gusto el colchón es demasiado duro (en cambio a mi pareja le pareció bien, va en gustos).

La ubicación y el balcón amplio que tiene

Poca vajilla , por ejemplo pocos vasos y algún armario con comida en mal estado de otros inquilinos

The best thing about this apartment is, of course, the view from the balcony. It’s simply a joy to live right by the sea — waking up in the morning, having coffee on the balcony, and looking out at the beautiful sea. We were welcomed by the host and her son — very pleasant and polite people who were always happy to help. We also liked that the apartment has Netflix.

The boiler is only sufficient for one adult or two small children to shower. For a family of four, there isn’t enough hot water — it runs out very quickly. Please keep this in mind. We had to split showers between morning and evening. If you come back from the beach and all four people want to shower, there will only be enough hot water for one or two people. It would be great if the apartment were vacuumed, as there were some hairs on the floor and sand kept crunching underfoot. Mopping alone doesn’t seem to be enough to clean the floors properly.
