The size of the apartment was excellent and had all that was required for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was excellent, convenient to airport but very quiet and comfortable.

Central Europe is in a heatwave and the air conditioner cooled the living room but struggled to cool the bedroom.

דירה קרובה מאוד לשדה התעופה, ממש שתי דקות נסיעה. מרווחת, נוחה, נעימה, נקייה, מאובזרת. יש מכונת קפה טובה. קיבלו אותנו עם שני בקבוקי יין קטנים ובקבוק מים במקרר. דירה מומלצת ומאוד משתלמת אם צריך מקום לישון אחרי הטיסה. כשפניתי לבעל המקום לגבי תקלה ענה לי מאוד יפה.

בטעות שמו לנו רק מגבת רחצה אחת, יתר המגבות היו קטנות, אבל הסתדרנו איתן. מניחה שאם הייתי פונה בזמן היו מטפלים בזה. היתה ארונית באמבטיה שלא היתה מקובעת לקיר ונפלה (למזלנו אף אחד לא נפגע), אבל כשפניתי לבעל המקום הוא התייחס לכך ברצינות, הודה לי ואמר שיטפל בזה.

We booked the apartment for two nights in July. We arrived at 2:00 a.m., as agreed with the host in advance. However, the host had not provided the necessary information regarding the apartment number or access code, and did not respond to our calls or messages. We were also unable to get assistance from Booking.com. As a result, we were unable to access the apartment and had to stay at the neighboring RIN Airport Hotel. We contacted the host the following day and received all the necessary information, so we were able to stay in the apartment for the second night. The experience was both stressful and unpleasant, and we have still not been refunded for the first night. We travel frequently and have never before experienced having to ensure that the host sends the necessary check-in information in time. Booking.com was clear about charging our payment card, but did not help ensure that we could access the accommodation we had paid for. We do not recommend this property, despite its convenient location and the apartment’s facilities.
