Literally across the street from the airport, with a fabulous restaurant next door. We were very grateful for the air conditioning and cold water! The kids loved the yard and the fact that they didn’t have to share a bed (as in so many other places). Considering the proximity to the airport and a busy road, it was remarkably quiet. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommended - we hope to be back.
Although it’s only a short walk to the airport, the bridge to cross the main road was challenging with children and luggage. We did it though.
At the moment it wouldn’t be an ideal place for visiting Bucharest as the traffic on the main road is awful; however, once the metrou reaches there it will be perfect.

Perfect location to relax and enjoy true home-comfort on a long trip.
We stayed twice - on our way to vacation destination and back (booked the return stay immediately as we arrived :))
The room was comfortable and very quiet, despite the walking proximity to the airport. We had a good sleep and were able to relax before the long distance flight. This property is really cosy and equipped with everything one might need for the comfortable stay: essentials, sleepers, free soft drinks, snacks, tea and coffee. Lunch boxes were provided on our departure.
Vladimir was an excellent host, making all the possible effort to make his guests feel welcomed. Not to mention the special arrangement for a late check-out at a fair rate.
Special thanks to Viorel and all the staff who make this place a real paradise for travelers!
We would definitely like to return!

Nearness to airport. Comfortable beds, appreciated provisions in fridge. Shady garden to sit in. Right next door to a good restaurant. Quiet and peaceful.
Only the steep spiral stairs up to our room.
