Cairns Lookout - Waterfront Views with Pools & Gym

The location is excellent. Close to the esplanade, the piers, and the CBD. There are lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets too. The views from the appartment are very good, and it is not noisy.

There was very little that I didn’t like!

Amazing location, right in the heart of everything. The room is spacious and worked well for our family of 4. The kitchen and all the appliances were fantastic, it allowed us to cook food for our kids so we didn’t have to eat out all the time.

Whilst there is car parking underneath, it is very limited. If you can put your car in around 9am and don’t take it out again, there is plenty of room, but by the afternoon it is all full so will have to park your car on the street.

Fantastic location, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed.

Messaged property manager letting them know that I was travelling with my son, and to make up the sofa bed or provide extra linen for it. No one replied to my message and the request was not met.

The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

Communication with the provider was disappointing and quite difficult. I made several attempts to contact them and left multiple messages requesting a response, however, I did not receive any return calls or follow-up communication. The lack of response made it difficult to obtain the information and assistance I needed and left me feeling that my concerns were not being addressed in a timely or appropriate manner.
