نظافة الغرفتين وجودة الأسرة والمراتب مريحة جدا ومساحة الغرف وتهوية الشقة بنوافذها الخارجية.
الحمام قديم وتنبعث منه روائح كريهة للأسف مع ضعف في المياه الساخنة يصعب معها ضبط درجة حرارة المياه، مما يجعل الاستحمام صعبا. يوجد بابان مغلقان أحدهما على الصالة والثاني على الغرفة ينقلان أصوات الغرف المجاورة ويجرحان الغرفة فيجب إغلاقهما بالبناء حفاظا على الخصوصية، ومنعا للإزعاج. عدم وجود مطبخ بالمكان غير مناسب كونه شقة وليس غرفة، والعوائل تحتاج مطبخ ليناسب أحوالها.
