Excellent stay and great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmad, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of Masjid an-Nabawi. Taxis are also available for around 5–10 riyals to the mosque, although returning can sometimes cost more, so we found walking to be a good option. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The cleaning service every 5 days, with fresh towels and clean bedding provided, was appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a busy day in Madinah. Although the outside of the building may not look very impressive, the inside is clean, secure, and well looked after. The CCTV also gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Masjid an-Nabawi. It offers comfort, cleanliness, a good location, and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The property is refurbished, looks better inside and outside, reception staff were quite friendly

it's quite far from Haram, especially for elderly people. Whole areas, including the streets, are dirty, and no one came for cleaning during my 7-night stay.
