All inclusive ,all day good food in diferent bars and restaurants.Lot of fun for children ,swimming pools with slides .
Many swimming pools inside resort.
Resort is clean and Personnel are very nice.
We pay for modern 5 star hotel like on photo on booking but after arrived we get small room in old hotel inside resort.Room very small with small TV.For 3 of us only 2 bad with 2 pillows. Please find photo attached.
When I ask receptioner and manager to upgrade our room for one in modern hotel they couldn't do nothing to help(I offer also to pay extra from my side).
Another thing is that 99% of personnel do not speak English.
