Molt ben situat, a 5 minuts caminant del centre històric, botigues a prop, parquing gratuït o assequible al costat. Apartament ampli de 2 plantes, net, amb bastants estris de cuina i de neteja, llits còmodes i molt important a l,estiu aire acondicionat a les 2 habitacions. La terrassa a la nit té una vista molt maca de la catedral il.luminada.
És una quarta planta amb escales, no hi ha ascensor. No ha estat problema per nosaltres però si vas amb moltes maletes o gent gran podria no ser tan còmode. Hi ha uns petits escalonets amb diferència de nivell a la planta baixa entre el living i l,habitació que ens han fet ensopegar vàries vegades. Convindria posar un petit sòcol per anivellar-ho potser.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal, dans l'hypercentre mais dans une rue calme. Stationnement à proximité possible. La petite terrasse est un plus, nous avons pu profiter de l'entendoir pour sécher le linge. Le propriétaire est très sympathique 😊.
Le bâtiment n'est pas équipé d'un ascenseur mais nous en étions informés
