I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Traveling and staying with family involves a lot of trust and money, but the treatment we received was deeply frustrating and upsetting. When booking our two rooms, I had specifically sent a message requesting an early check-in, to which I received an "Okay" confirmation. However, upon arriving, the staff completely changed their stance. Even though rooms were clearly available, they outright refused an early check-in and made us wait in the lobby for nearly two hours. Because we had an urgent commitment, I requested that we just be allowed to wash up and refresh, offering to pay an extra ₹1000, and stated we would do the official check-in in the afternoon. Showing a complete lack of basic human decency, your staff took the ₹1000 along with half a day's rent, but shockingly allowed only two people to refresh. When we requested to let the rest of my family just use the washroom, they flatly refused and demanded another ₹1000 for the second room. If the rooms were fully booked, I would have completely understood. But having empty rooms and showing this kind of arrogant, money-minded attitude—saying "this is how we do things"—is completely unacceptable. Denying a basic request to refresh after a journey, especially to a family, shows zero hospitality and zero humanity. This was by far the worst behavior I have ever experienced from a hotel staff. If you want to sustain in the hospitality industry and actually treat your guests like guests, your staff’s attitude needs a drastic change. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience that ruined our peace of mind.
