2BR in Central Marina Walk to Dining & Nightlife

The apartment is big, nice with 2 balconies and 2.5 bathrooms, it has the view of Burj Khalifa and new Atlantis. overall the property is opposite Media One hotel in Dubai Media city and is nice, clean and in a goo location. DUbai Marina is a 5 min walk. The size of bedrooms and living room is great and the amenities in the house covers everything. (watch out for the inventory list).

They charge 2000 AED for security deposit, except nowhere it is written they charge 2100 AED, 100 AED is non refundable in a refundable security deposit. They have 4 page inventory sheet starting from bed, sofa to a hanger, spoon, fork and glass. Who will review this sheet! mind you they come to collect as their inventory sheet does not match the actuals. The managing agent was nice and understood and helped us so we did not lose money but if they don't update the inventory sheet, it will be difficult for the next person staying there.
