Sea & City View Apartment Dubai Marina - Ravello Living

Very clean appartment , good location not too far from Dubaï Marina. Host was caring, helpful and gave clear instructions. The appartment was neat and well decorated. Supermarket just across the street. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Aircon silent and efficient. There is a swimming pool and a fitness room in the building, but we did not use it

The reception desk of the building was not helpful. Impossible to leave luggage before or after check-in and we had to find an expensive luggage storage elsewhere. Before renting period, the guest was not very reactive to reply to my messages. The appartment looks beautiful but misses basic kitchenware, ingredients etc and the sofas in the living-room are not very comfy for 4 people. Cleaning was ok but there are stains on the wall, sofas, carpets... The view is now a bit obstructed by heavy construction work, not so close as the flat is 41th floor but still noisy 24/7
