Excellent location, easy to find, super clean, great communication with the host, spacious for 1 person, properly equipped with kitchen facilities, very bright (no AC so can be warm inside but not for me), nice kitchen bar and floor. Great hot water service and water pressure. Unfortunately sometimes bad smell comes up from tubes but it's true for the area, not only apartment.. some air refresher can be bought in the mall nextdoor. Bad is fine for 1 person I think.
A great maintenance, repaint and refurbishment is needed including a broken window should be changed asap as it's dangerous.
