Location as great, and good size rooms/property.
There was a massive leak in kitchen and water kept accumulating on the floor in a huge puddle right under the dining table. We couldn't use it at all. Messaged the host and no reply.
The flooring was also a stuck down parquetry looking sheeting that was lifting in so many sections, that the hard edges would cut and dig into our feet.

AC in the living room had some issues, host provided us with a table fan.
