Lovely property with a great hot tub

The location, the garden, the jacuzzi and the trulla are great. You can really sit down and relax. It is just a few steps from Polignano. There are just a few small things that made my final score 6, if it wasn't for them, I would give 10/10.

Firstly, we booked for 4 people and noone checked whether we had enough plates, glasses etc. We asked for more, we received them in a few hours. The kettle did not work. They were unable to bring a new one during our 4 days stay. We were supposed to have a cleaning included in the price. The cleaning staff just brought towels. They did not clean the trulla. I wrote about it to the owner, but they just did not care. the cleaning was really needed, beacause the shower was leaking. So the bathroom was covered with water throughout the stay (there was no mop etc) The outdoor kitchen has a roof, but it does not protect from rain. After any rain the kitchen and the table is soaking.
