The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Unfortunately they had construction going while I was there. It still wast that much of an inconvenience.

A clump of frizzy brown hair was left by previous occupant, I suppose, on the bed sheets of the bed I chose to avoid. I reported it to the front Desk Operator for Housekeeping to resolve in the morning.
In my 48+ years of working as a Flight Attendant for a major US airline, domestically and internationally, I have NEVER encountered such a gross housekeeping error!! I was too tired to change rooms upon arrival and my schedule required that I checked-out too early to partake of the breakfast.
