Le gîte était parfaitement situé pour nous dans un quartier très agréable. Il a correspondu à la description, avec une cuisine et une salle de bain très confortables et bien équipées. Nous ne pouvons pas apprécier le couchage car n'avons pas pu dormir sur la mezzanine.
L'appartement n'étant pas équipé de climatisation, les propriétaires ont mis à disposition 2 ventilateurs, appréciés mais insuffisants pendant cette canicule exceptionnelle ; ils nous ont permis toutefois de rester pour dormir (dans le séjour) car la mezzanine était trop chaude.

The property is located in a good area, close enough to different cafes, shops and metro stations but not on a busy road, so it was convenient but not noisy. The flat itself was big enough for 2 adults and a child, had necessary bits for a comfortable stay, was clean. The owners responded quick with useful information about the property and the area.
We considered using the sofa bed for 1 night but additional linen in the cupboard did not look clean, so we ended up sleeping on the same bed which was fine but if it was 3 adults, then could have been an inconvenience. The bin in the toilet is a bit awkward and kept falling on side when being used, also, the bin in the kitchen is quite small, considering there was no room service and we didn’t know where to take the rubbish, it was overflowing after three days.

Emplacement proche du sacré coeur pour s’y rendre à pied. Bien situé avec restaurants et commerces à proximité.
Appartement propre, bien équipé au niveau de la salle d’eau et du coin cuisine.
Pas de draps à l’arrivée pour le canapé lit. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs le lendemain.
Plafond bas de la mezzanine pour dormir. Impossible d’être debout. Devrait être mentionné dans l’annonce.
La table pliante est trop lourde à mettre en place.
Bruits de pas le matin de bonne heure au niveau du plafond.
Tarif élevé par rapport à la prestation.
