Eagle's Nest

The staff were the best. Very homey cozy friendly vibe in the house. Great to have use of a washing machine. Nice common area to meet other travellers.

There is no bench space in the kitchen for preparing food. The bathroom is not small, it's tiny! There were wet smelly towels on the floor the whole time I was there. With so many people using the same toilet I beg the staff to please empty the toilet paper bin at least twice a day. My bed, in the economy room was the worst I've experienced - things from the mattress were poking into my back. Fortunately there was a thick thing on the floor that I could lay ontop of the bed to make it ok. I don't consider a 25 minute walk to town and Globus to be close by. Though if you chose the right streets you saw interesting houses and the must see Church.

Nice kitchen, common area. Met many nice people here. Sandro is nice and friendly. One of the night, the manager cook lakman for us.

Bathroom is small. And the bathroom floor gets wet after some guests shower. Maybe they don’t put on the shower curtain?

This place is a total trap – you’ll never want to leave! The vibes are absolutely wonderful, super warm and family-like. The owners are fantastic, everything is spotless, and the shared kitchen is really nice. You can even rent gear for hiking and exploring around. Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in – highly recommend (but careful, you might get stuck here too 😉).”

In generale la casa non è pulita, la pulizia è gestita un po’ in autonomia dagli ospiti (non sempre educati), lasciando quindi secchi dell’immondizia stracolmi e residui di cibo nel lavandino. Utensili e elettrodomestici maltenuti. Bagno molto piccolo, sprovvisto di appendini o di tappetino sul pavimento. Spazio esterno un po’ all’abbandono.
