There wasn't anything not to like. From the check in process, which was swift & friendly to the room & facilities, this was an excellent choice, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL.
If there was something I would like to see improve, it'd be the key situation. Having a single key for a family limits flexibility in movement & imposes restraints.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to our requests.
I didn’t like the room because it felt old and had a musty smell. The television facilities were also below expectations. The bathroom could use some improvement as well—the drainage leaked slightly, and it felt quite dark.

Good location with mini mart. Spacious room with washing machine and kitchen to cook with all the utensils, microwave. Big bathroom with bathtub. Facilities with swimming pool that is kids friendly. Ironing in the room but very old iron that is not working. Balcony with city view. Good wifi.
Soundproofing was not very good; car noise from the outside as we stayed at level 7 and noise from the next room. They only give one key card for everything - lift, car park exit except the room that uses a physical key. The additional secure lock is not there so we are only relying on the door lock which is not making us feel safe. Aircon hard to adjust.
Parking instructions are not clear: before check-in, ask us to park outside; only then can we park in the visitor parking inside the building. Such a waste of time as you can go ahead inside the building and park your car at the visitor parking then only check in.
Confusing management giving us wrong and unclear instructions when checking out even though I check out physically at the counter. Long wait at the counter while checking in and checking out when it’s only us there. The guy at the counter doesn’t even admit his fault and doesn’t even provide correct information when checking out and making us go back and forth and wasting our time.
