The location and the price are unbeatable

For those who love direct contact with nature and need a place to sleep and take a short break, this is a perfect location in the utmost safe proximity to the lake. I book this property frequently establishing a friendly relationship with the host who even caters to my specific needs.

Adventurous check-in

We liked the location of the camping. Very peaceful and relaxing. And the beds were cozy too. And even thought it was quite chilly at night, there were enough blankets. Outside toilet and shower and resting places with benches and swing chair. Would’ve been very nice stay if the owner had stated the location of the camping clearly not misleading that you will be staying in another camping on different location.

When we booked we wrote a message where we stated our arrival time 20:00-20:30. We arrived just before that but at the location was no one to be found. We waited there for more than an hour. We didn’t have internet and there was no WiFi. But the property had cameras so we thought maybe they can see us that we are waiting. We called to the property and said we are at the camping and that our internet is not working. We waited more, still no one came, so we decided to drive to the nearby hotel to ask for WiFi. The staff was helpful there and they called the owner and talked in local language and he explained that owner has another camping on the other side of the lake and that we should drive there. We arrived to the place which we were told to go but apparently the helpful guy mixed up the names and when we knocked on the door the owner was perplexed why would we want to camp in his house 😂 then his daughter came who spoke English and explained where to find the other camping. We finally found it after 2 hours of trying to get our resting place. At the camping we were welcomed by owners father who didn’t speak English and as we didn’t have internet we had trouble communicating. Because property didn’t have WiFi even though on many campers was a sign stating there is WiFi. The father gave keys and showed our camper, but it didn’t have charging possibilities. Somehow we managed to communicate that and the poor father in the middle of the night went to his house and brought us powerbank for charging our phones but it wasn’t compatible still. We understood that father called his son - the owner - who said that tomorrow he will bring internet access. It didn’t happen. But the next morning the owner apologized for the situation giving excuses that whole city didn’t have internet which we didn’t quite buy but okay at least he tried.

Good value for money

The price is very good for a room in a van equiped with bed. The host had a problem with previous customers taking home the keys but found directly a solution for us in a partner camping.
