Living room: This main living room is bathed in light thanks to huge bay windows and good exposure to the sun. It is equipped with an 85-inch screen and a high-quality sound system, perfect for your movie nights. The sofa, designed by Christian Lacroix, offers an elegant design and maximum comfort.
Kitchen: Open to the living room, the kitchen is very functional and practical with its central island, induction hobs, extractor hood, and equipment such as dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. The equipment is modern and of high quality.
Laundry: This space is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a steam generator, facilitating the maintenance of the laundry during your stay if needed.
Games room: In the basement, an incredible space is dedicated to entertainment with a cinema area, video projector and speakers, you will be comfortably installed on mattresses and cushion provided for this purpose. Board games, table football and a real arcade game.
Bedrooms: Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms are designed to guarantee privacy and comfort.
- The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180x200. It is en-suite to a bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower, heated towel rail and double sink. Just opposite, a large dressing room is available.
