The home sits opposite of the lake with a fun, family public park, a sandy beach, a harbor, and an ice cream shop within easy reach—just under half a mile away! Additionally, in the spacious backyard, the ping pong table and numerous yard games housed in the garage provide a wonderful opportunity to relish the outdoors.
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

This little gem brought our family together for the 4th holiday. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks and bike rides. The patio area and fire pit provided an area to make memories. The house was perfect. The beach is clean and family friendly.
