I visit emerald everytime I come to Florida, a few times a year, this was my first time staying at this property….The house itself was great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.. the theatre room was very enjoyable as well. However the pool was awful. If you are visiting to relax in the jacuzzi and pool this is not the place for you. We paid for pool heat two months in advance. When we arrived no pool heat after consulting with property managers they came to turn it on and told us to give it 48 hours after 24 hours the pool heat was off again. Finally on the fourth day of our stay the pool heat turned on however the jacuzzi never got hot. Multiple calls and messages to property manager about pool heat and we were still charged for it. On the third day the electricity cut off to the property completely another call and inconvenience to our stay. It was out for about 3 hours. And had to do with the owner not paying the electric bill. There was bugs in the downstairs bathroom daily which was strange and also if the pool heat went on the hot water would go out in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Making showering on the first floor difficult. The refrigerator needed to be repaired as well as it leaked all over the floor daily. And we reported 3 times with no response .. we are usually pretty “go with the flow” family however the pool being freezing the whole stay and still being charged as well really dampened the vacation. Also I would like to include multiple remotes were not
