Sea Drift consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, an open-plan living space including a dining area and sitting area with electric stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of one double, one king and one twin room plus a ground-floor double, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and off-road parking for one car. Cot & Highchair available. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Shop and pub 0.9 miles, beach 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 11 Chatsworth Way makes a delightful abode for an escape to the coasts of Cornwall.

It has even been used as a filming location, most well-known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 6 miles away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles, with Newquay and North Cornwall coast 17 miles away.
