With its large picture windows, the house is bathed in sunlight and offers a partial view of the vast blue sea. The garden is divided into three areas, featuring a palm tree, succulents, hibiscus, bougainvillea, citrus trees, and olive trees. The saltwater pool measures 8x4 m and has two depth levels ranging from 1.45 m to 1.70 m, allowing for safe diving. Sun loungers, a pergola, a barbecue, and an electric griddle allow you to enjoy the garden and dine in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. The house features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, with reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 1 gym.
