Our OCEAN VIEW condo is the key to the difference of a good vacation & a GREAT vacation in Ocean City! This clean, recently renovated & turnkey studio may not be huge, but it has everything you'll need for a wonderful stay in the heart of Ocean City (LOCATION, LOCATION) - less than 600 feet to the beach and boardwalk & walking distance to all local attractions & restaurants. Featuring beach theme decor throughout with ocean views, this is the place to enjoy yourselves while you relax & play!

Just mere steps away (less than half a block) from the beach and boardwalk, the restored historic Hanscom Condo Building has an old world charm that nearby hotels lack. Our newly renovated condo known may not be all that huge, but it's bright, lovely, and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Cook meals right in our kitchenette, watch Netflix throughout the day, do laundry in the building and head to the beach using our beach tags, towels, chairs and umbrella, we have all the essentials hotels won't offer and at a fraction of the cost! We have thought about just about everything you will need for your stay at The Condo By The Sea and provide a turnkey experience during your stay!
+ Enough room to sleep 2-3 comfortably (ideal for a couple or couple with one small child). Please keep in mind, the condo is very small, **ONLY 179 sq feet**, but cozy and the layout is laid out nicely to maximize the amenities and space during your stay. ****Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults and a toddler comfortably, we are also able to potentially accommodate 3 more guests at our newly renovated condo right down the hall, same floor and just a few doors down - pending availability in our schedule! Feel free to reach out to us to see how we can accommodate larger families and groups during your stay!****
+ Queen size bed with a 2" gel cooling memory foam queen mattress topper that will accommodate two adults along with a pull-out twin floor mattress on wheels. You will have to move an end table, so the twin mattress can come out completely. Extra floor space may be very limited when mattress is out.
+ All linens included, bathroom towels and bedding! (This is a rarity for rentals in Ocean City)
+ Private bathroom with double door shower and upgraded granite countertop
+ WiFi is available throughout the entire building, not just in our unit.
+ Wall-mounted TV with cable and access to Netflix and Roku accounts included
+ Efficiency kitchen with all the amenities necessary to self-cater on nights you'd prefer to stay in or save on your food budget: small fridge, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, toaster, dual hot plates, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and silverware, cups, even wine glasses (if you want to buy a bottle or two before coming into town)
+ Includes a window AC unit and ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot days and warm summer nights
+ Dead bolt lock to secure the door to the condo, plus a security chain for the door for extra added security. The main front door to the building requires a key card after 7pm to access the building
+ Closet to store your clothes and luggage, hangers, storage bin for additional storage during your stay

There are so many great things about this sweet little place! The location is ideal! It’s close to the beach and boardwalk. You can see the ocean from the window! Fabulous!! The unit is fully stocked and super clean. I’m talking spotless! I was very impressed. The owners are wonderful. They’re very accommodating and kind. They’ve included things like beach tags and beach gear.We had a lovely stay and are very happy we were able to sneak away to Ocean City for a bit!

Owner was awesome and very accessible when I showed up at midnight and couldn't get in! Place was clean and right near the beach. Kids loved it. Perfect for a beach getaway.

This was the perfect location for a brief escape. The room was lovely and the surprise view of the sunrise when waking up in a very comfy bed was a big bonus!

I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is prime...one block to the beach/boardwalk. This studio is so cute, exactly as described (actually better) and the cleanest place I've ever stayed from Vrbo! The decor is beachy, the bed was perfectly comfortable, the Netflix worked and there is even a fridge. Tyler, the host, was very responsive and friendly. I felt secure with the door lock. I did not use the beach bag, chair, etc since it was early May, but it's there for your use. There is a microwave, hot plates, pots, utensils, a Keurig, toaster oven and more. This place is mostly suitable for 2. Being it was early May, I was able to utilize the parking lot a few steps away without any issue. There are plenty of things to do located within walking distance as well. Lastly, while sitting at the table, you get a glimpse of the ocean which I enjoyed, while having a cup of coffee in the cutest cups! I highly recommend staying here.
