Charming single family home 2 1/2 blocks from beach & boardwalk access

This house was rented by a realtor, which caused a lot of communication issues. First, the listing had the wrong location. The map showed it on East 9th but when the address was revealed the month prior to check in it turns out it was a mile away. We contacted the realtor, who tried to blame VRBO but suspiciously their office was on East 9th so I think someone put the wrong address in. Then we never received any information about how to check in and the listing was removed from VRBO so I couldn't even see what was included (linens, towels, beach badges). When I emailed and called I was told the very basics (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths) and neither the realtor or the receptionist had any info about what else was included other than "Four beach chairs and a VCR". I panicked because hearing VCR made me think the house wouldn't be updated. We packed everything we could think of for the beach and prepared for the worst. We rented a beach cart, linens and an internet hot spot in case it rained and we were stuck with a VCR. When we arrived the house was super cute, updated and had tons of beach accessories for us to use (bikes, chairs, towels, toys and even a cart!). There were even linens in the closets. In the end the vacation was fun, but the realtor mistakes (wrong location and not knowing the amenities) ended up causing lots of frustration and costing us a lot of extra money for parking close to the rides/restuarants and renting unnecessary stuff.
