And Cataumet Fish has the freshest seafood on the Cape, only 6 minutes away. Two wonderful restaurants 5 minutes away in North Falmouth: Bucatino and Epic Oyster. Did I mention the spacious side yard? Play croquet, a pick up football game perhaps, frisbee golf, freeze tag. And powerful floodlights if you get back late from the beach. Please note, This is a two-unit home. Guests have exclusive use of the private bottom floor with a separate entrance and no shared indoor spaces.

The other unit may be occupied during your stay. The driveway is shared. A pet may be present in the other unit; the pet does not have access to guest areas. Guests with severe pet allergies may wish to consider this when booking.
