Great for playing yard games, grilling and relaxing. Sleeps 6 comfortably, full bath with tub/shower combo and additional new outdoor shower. Newly furnished comes with fully appointed kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Bed linens and bath towels provided. In house washer and dryer included. This lovely home is available for 7 night weekly rentals. (Sat-Sat) Peak season (June, July, August) and non-peak season more flexible rental intervals. Located in Blue Water Shores Neighborhood within walking distance of Bad Martha's microbrewery. The property is spacious and has many amenities, however, it is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, which it is not. It is a TWO bedroom, ONE bath home. The listing is not accurate and should be changed to honestly represent the property. An outdoor shower is NOT a bathroom.

The check in process was seamless and the house was charming and immaculate. I appreciated the bunk bed with bed rail and the crib for our young baby. Our 5 year old loved running around the large backyard and using the outdoor shower. Having the outdoor bbq grill was a plus. It is close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back next year!
