Location is great, requires short walks or taxi. Halfway between the waterfront and the highest points.
The couch in the front room opens out to a bed, but the trade off is that it’s hard to get out of when used as a couch. The bed was fine, but maybe could use a mattress topper.

Amazing host, very polite and helpful! I had forgotten a few items when leaving, and they kindly informed me and assisted with collecting them. The house was very clean, cozy, newly renovated, and located close to the center but in a quieter area.
The only small downside was that the bed mattress was a bit thin, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. In addition, since the ceiling and floors are wooden, I could occasionally hear footsteps from the apartment above, which made the place a little noisy at times.
