Samar

We had a wonderful stay at Samar. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the sea. From there, you can walk along the waterfront towards Bari’s Old Town in one direction, or head the other way and reach the beach. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean — the moment you walk in, you are almost greeted by the fresh, clean scent of the place. Everything feels very well looked after. What makes Samar especially nice is that it doesn’t feel like a property run by a large, impersonal company. It is clearly a personal project run by someone who genuinely puts his heart into it. Gianluca takes great care of his guests, is always available when needed, and is happy to share useful local tips, whether it’s about where to eat or interesting events happening nearby. A great place to stay in Bari, and one we would happily recommend.

Clean, spacious, great location by the beach. Host was very helpful with early checkin and late checkout

Samar apartment is in a very good location. The beach is within walking distance, the city is a little longer walk. There are several shops, good bakeries and restaurants in the area. The apartment is clean, you can find everything you need in it. The host is extremely warm and friendly, ready to help, even though he himself was going through difficult times. The welcome gift was the icing on the cake. If I were to choose Bari again, I would definitely return to Samar.

Absolutely everything was on the most decent level possible 👏 From the welcoming host to the clarity and accuracy of the apartment. The tiniest problem or question the owner was ready to solve sincerely and warm heartedly) Location is awesome - 5 minutes from the beach, lots of cafes and supermarkets around. Highly recommended)
