Ideal location for our family and accessible to the main town via public transportation (or a 20min walk) as parking within the town not recommended due to congestion. The property is in very close proximity to the main highway taking you further afield within the Cretan countryside and exotic beaches. Plenty of room to park your car if you have aimed for a rental during your stay. Property is new and modern, very clean, equipped with all necessary facilities and equipment required for an autonomous stay. Whether you want to experience the town or surrounding areas or enjoy a quiet evening on either of the two balconies available, you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the area and the distant mountains for sure. This is a two level property with the main bedroom and bathroom being up a flight of stairs thus keeping the kitchen/living room area and downstairs toilet separate yet open by giving each the necessary space required. The hosts are well organised, friendly and accessible for any queries we may have had and made our stay welcoming and pleasant. Hoping to visit again

Questo è un bell'appartamento su due piani molto moderno e luminoso grazie ad ampie finestre su tre lati della struttura. E' anche possibile parcheggiare direttamente sotto il palazzo. Vicino ci sono supermercati ed un bar per la colazione. Ottima la vista che spazia dalla old town di Chania, che si raggiunge in 3 minuti di auto, alle montagne della zona. Dotato anche di due bagni e due spaziosi balconi. L'host è stata persona gentile e disponibile. Se torniamo a Creta sicuramente prenoteremo questo appartamento.

Niente di particolare

To διαμερισμα ειναι "του κουτιου". Ανετο, φωτεινο, με επαρκεστατο, καινουργιο, εξοπλισμο, μια χαρα για ζευγαρι ή οικογενεια με ενα παιδι (η κορη μας ειναι 20 ετων). Μπαλκονι ανετο, με ανεμποδιστη θεα (για το απογευμα). Η περιοχη ειναι πολυ ησυχη, ενω 300 μετρα απο το καταλυμα (μετα το δευτερο φαναρι) στριβετε δεξια και η πλατεια της Αγορας (κεντρο Χανιων) ειναι ουσιαστικα μια ευθεια (3-4 χλμ). Εχει μινι μαρκετ τριγυρω, οπως και Σκλαβενιτη-Lidl κοντα. Παρκινγκ απροβληματιστο τελη Ιουλιου (οχι μικρο πραγμα στα Χανια). Ιδιοκτητης πολυ κατατοπιστικος.

Η οδος δεν εχει σημανση, μπορει δηλαδη -για λιγο, μην ανησυχειτε- να τη "χασετε", αλλα θα τη βρειτε αμεσως.

Quiet but close to old town. Easy access to outlying areas. Well equipped and had a washing machine.
