Very comfortable and well equipped property. Good communications prior to the stay. Excellent walks in the area.

Beware the shelves!

The property's location was difficult to find on Google Maps, requiring extensive searching to pinpoint the exact address. Additionally, the internet connection at the property was unreliable and performed poorly.

Big shower, lovely views, nice living room, own driveway and great location for Widemouth Bay and Bude.

We felt the properly was very dated (on the outside ) and had a funny musty smell upon entry. Once inside the properly did look nice and modern, dishwasher cleaned poorly and we resorted to handwashing instead, lots of cobwebs, internet barely worked, driveway tricky to navigate entry and exit, small bedroom hardly can be considered a 3rd bedroom, (little to no storage for clothes ) our 3rd child slept on the sofa in spare lounge, no storage in bathroom, not clear if the fire could be used, master bed very uncomfortable, guide book was missing a page and out of date, no leaflets of the local area (we left some behind), no games, only 4 chairs for the outside furniture (we're a family of 5), rusty wheelbarrow in garden.
