Modern 2BDR Apt - 2' to Metro - Direct to Acropolis

Modern, so much space, completely equipped with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Location was amazing as well as there is a variety of stores and restaurants just around the place as well as the metro.

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is pretty good. Two good size bedrooms & very comfortable beds. Nice living room and very good kitchen, with all the stuff you might need during your stay. The location is interesting. I would say real and cool. Metro station Metaxourgerio is just 2 mins close, which makes everything easy. Plus we were walking often to our favourite district: Exarchia, which is only 15 mins Walk from the apartment. Thanks to the host who let us in pretty early. Our flight was in the early morning and we asked the host for an early check in. We were so grateful for that. One big plus: ( Metro is not working from midnight till 6 am.) and if your flight is early in the morning, you can take a 24/7 bus to the airport and the bus stop is just 2 mins Walk from the apartment. Ppl say the lift is a bit weird But It's not. It's just old but works perfectly. 3 people can go there easily. I saw reviews where visitors writing the area is not safe enough. For example to exarchia direction at late night you will see homeless guys who sleep at the streets or do drugs even. We Walked on those streets many times late at night, it's very sad to see people in this condition but they're not dangerous at all. No one ever asked us for money or anything at all. They're just surviving on the streets. So don't be afraid if you see those people.

The balcony doors were dirty. And the little window in the big bathroom is not really working as a window. It's a strange building space and air is not really coming through. But to be honest that wasn't a big discomfort overall. .

It was clean, even if the location (area) is not the best its still in the center and near the metro station. Had everything that you may need.

This apartment has great potential. It is very modern, has good lighting throughout, and air conditioning in most rooms. It comes equipped with all the essential items you may need for a short stay. The location is convenient, as it is close to a Metro station, and our taxi had no trouble finding it.

We encountered several issues with the apartment during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations, as we noticed a number of untouched areas (we took photos for reference). Additionally, some fixtures, such as the towel rail, toilet paper holder, and door handles, were loose and often fell off. Some bedding had stains, and about half of the towels provided were not clean. You have to turn the hot water on by the mains and wait 20 minutes for enough water for two people (we were a family of four). The surrounding area of the apartment felt a bit run down, and we observed some dangerous litter on nearby streets (drug paraphernalia), which unfortunately can happen in many cities. With a bit more attention to detail in maintenance and cleaning, this apartment has great potential. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience and make the stay much more comfortable.
